Since its creation in May 2014, the restaurant Les Ephérites has established itself as one of the Lille reference tables, recognized far beyond thanks to the enthusiastic echoes shared on social networks. Taken over, since July 2017, by its chef, Alexandre Suergiu (34 years old), and its pastry chef, Annabelle Lévêque (35 years old), Les Ephérites (26 covers) continues in this just and creative way of an inspired and lively bistronomy which renews the classics of French cuisine energized by contemporary influences, other cultures and flavors.
It is a regularly renewed menu, made with local products, from suppliers selected with high standards and sometimes even from the home garden.
