THE LONGERE OF PONDS
It consists of a ground floor of 105m2 allowing to easily modulate the configuration of this room in meeting or reception space. The farmhouse has a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal and a functional central fireplace. The room benefits from a beautiful light thanks to its many windows and French windows giving direct access to the exteriors: courtyard side and garden side of the farmhouse. You will enjoy the view overlooking the two ponds. Upstairs, an 18m2 landing also offers you a work surface or possible layout depending on your event. A comfortable 55m2 dormitory with 8 single beds is available to offer accommodation but can also be converted into a workspace.

THE MANSION:
This vast house, combining modernity and authenticity, offers you thanks to its living/dining room and its veranda, a flexible work or reception space according to your event. The 45m2 living room and the 23m2 veranda combine calm and comfort thanks to their facilities. An open fitted and fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. In addition to these reception areas, La Maison offers accommodation for 9 people thanks to these two high-end suites and 2 bedrooms.

BARN :
This beautiful 95m2 room with a cathedral roof offers a work surface that can be converted and adjusted according to your needs. Under development, it is currently proposed as a large room free of any furniture.

THE PARKING :
Benefit from a gravelled area of ​​1200m2 to accommodate a total capacity of 130 vehicles. In addition to its exceptional capacity, you have the possibility of arranging, at your convenience, the entire space if no vehicle is present. The space can be split into 2 parts of 600m2 to accommodate barnums, tents, marquees or any other outdoor activities. The car park is adjacent to the covered shed of 375m2 which allows you to benefit from a very large additional space.
