In January 2023, the owners of the estate decided to transform the former stables into a magnificent event space of 275m², with an 80m² patio overlooking a 195m² reception room. Wooden walls, exposed beams, box windows, horseshoes..., the Barn offers you a unique receptive setting steeped in history in the Arcachon basin!
The 80m² patio is equipped with a reception area, a cloakroom area and independent toilets; ideal to welcome your participants. Large bay windows overlook a large 195m² room, fully modular, according to your event formats, whether confidential or larger. Equipped with a large screen, a video projector, 50 chairs and a few tables, the estate also works in close collaboration with a selection of local partners to meet all your needs in terms of catering, furniture, technical and entertainment equipment.
The adjoining Club House and its covered terrace as well as the vast surrounding gardens complete this event space in an optimal way.
A Berber tent is installed from May to September, in order to compensate for all climatic conditions. It offers you shade and coolness during hot weather and shelters you from the rain, in case of less clement weather.
Conference, lunch cocktail, seated dinner, training, workshops, lounge, garden party...
These two indoor and outdoor spaces make it possible to envisage a wide variety of events and formats.

Surrounded by green spaces, the Domaine d'Arès offers you an exceptional environment, with adapted equipment and personalized services, so that you can fully enjoy your stay on site (workspaces, swimming pool, petanque, table tennis. ..). The outdoor spaces are conducive to the realization of team-building (treasure hunt, Koh Lanta, sports challenges...).
The estate is also the strategic starting point for a multitude of cultural, recreational and sporting activities and getaways, to be enjoyed with friends, family or co-workers. Bike rally, walking tour, pinnace ride, lunch and tasting in the oyster huts, the Basin is full of sites to discover!
