Out of sight, behind a large almond green gate, you will be welcomed in a charming and atypical villa located in the town of Saint Vivien.

In Charente-Maritime, near La Rochelle, Saint-Vivien is a small village located next to the seaside resort of Chatelaillon where you can discover a superb sandy beach.

The property, located in a park of over 2 m², consists of a large main house and 770 independent cottages allowing a large sleeping capacity:

- "La Barbotière" and its 11 beds
- "Ile de Ré" with 4 beds
- "Ile d'Oléron" and its 8 beds
- "Ile d'Aix" with 5 beds
- "Ile Madame" can accommodate 2 people

The heated and covered swimming pool as well as the SPA and the sauna are at your disposal to allow you to relax throughout your stay. Many games and activities (billiards, piano, board games, outdoor games, etc.) for young and old are also available to allow everyone to have the best of their stays.

A living room of 120m² will allow you to hold seminars in a friendly and comfortable way.

The entire area is available for your stays with family / friends, your family reunions and your major events (weddings, baptisms, etc.).

Nearby, just 5 minutes by car, you can enjoy a casino, the Nuxe Thalassotherapy, the fine sandy beach.
