The originality of the place lies in the fact that it is a wine estate built in 1886 on the ruins of a former relay for pilgrims to St Jacques de Compostela, whose Castle and outbuildings have been renovated and transformed into 28 houses or suites, bringing the capacity for seminars to 60 people (on the basis of accommodation in a single room with private bathroom).

It is an art of living, far from trends and fashions, which gives pride of place to the authenticity of a XNUMXth century wine estate, in the heart of Languedoc.

Revisited with respect for the wine-growing soul of the place, the castle and its outbuildings now house 28 suites, apartments and stylish houses, offering a capacity of 59 people in single (bedroom and private bathroom) and 87 people with some shared rooms.

The living and working spaces are bright and ergonomic and promote concentration and reflection in a calm and serene environment.

The Brasserie is just like the estate. The place is chic and comfortable. The cuisine proposed by David Galtier, our chef, is inspired by the terroir and revisits Mediterranean flavors.
