The Chef, Philippe Serre, with a starred pedigree, is above all a nature lover. He plays with the seasons and the opportunities that nature offers us… simple, sincere and so natural. Baudelaire said "Nature, in cooking as in love, rarely gives us a taste for what is bad for us"… and this sentence fully reflects the state of mind of our cooking.

Part of the fruits and vegetables (depending on the season and the weather) comes directly from our vegetable garden and orchard.

our aromatic garden contains about thirty plants all used to harmonize our plates according to the seasons. The honey used in cooking also comes from our own beehives located in the park behind the pond and was used to develop the secret recipe for our famous gingerbread.
