"The event went well. The staff is attentive and responsive if we encounter difficulties. The meal and breaks are very appreciated. The only downside is the absence of videoconferencing equipment: webcam and audio system adapted to a large room (30 to 40 people)."

"Hello, • The hotel is well located and quite easy to access from train stations and airports, • The rooms, without being spacious, are comfortable and very quiet, • The meeting space is very spacious and overlooks a tree-lined court and calm, • The octopus system for video sound needs to be reviewed for a large room configuration of more than 20 people (difficulty hearing and being heard), • The sockets are sufficient, • the computer-camera-octopus cabling is not easy, we we had to requisition a table for all the connections but it was not well placed and the presenter had to stay at this desk and therefore could not see his audience well or else he hid the projection screen, • the breaks were very good, • the room well equipped with a café and water point, • several relaxation areas nearby allowed us to meet in a small group"
