“We had excellent feedback regarding the catering. The servers were very pleasant and competent as well. However, we have received a lot of negative feedback regarding heating in meeting rooms. The participants were left cold and no one from the team intervened to observe and resolve the problem. We were also surprised to note the absence of a referent throughout the day to deal with the various subjects, particularly with regard to logistics. However, the reception venue met our expectations. "
