The "Le Clos Berthet" Seminar Center offers the exceptional setting you are looking for for the organization of your professional events: training, conference, symposium and incentive or team building seminar.

This jewel of elegance and modernity full of history welcomes you in Sevrier in the heart of a protected park of 2.5 hectares with a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. The Clos Berthet, a residence dating back to the beginning of the 19th century, was completely renovated in 2016 preserving its architectural charm while bringing new technologies.

A beautiful marriage between the past and the present! The building of 600m2 provides you with 6 meeting rooms from 20 m2 including 1 66 modular room m2 with lake view.

Our meeting rooms all benefit from natural light with views of the park or the lake. They are fully air conditioned and equipped with projection screen, video projector, flipchart, Wifi ...

To complete our offer, catering is possible on site both indoors and outdoors: breaks, lunches, trays and cocktails.

Need a turnkey service, we offer all inclusive packages including on-site catering. In fine weather, our park will also allow the organization of many team building activities.

Every request is unique! To best meet your expectations, we offer personalized services and support at each stage of the organization for a turnkey service.
