"The meeting room was a bit small for 35 people. Fortunately there were only 30. The rest of the service was impeccable. Thank you."

"Following our seminar at Lyon Gerland Confluence, we are disappointed because the reception did not correspond to what we had in other Novotels. On the floors there were aperitifs when leaving the elevator, which is surprising. You passed young women going up and down the floors with glasses in hand, a little tipsy. The breaks of our seminar were not indoors, with 17 seminar rooms that makes a lot of people for common breaks. On the last day, a waiter made the wrong table, served the starters at a neighboring table that had nothing to do with our group, and after our remarks he took the same starters to put them at our table. Fortunately Amel and Pierre have knew how to bring us a good mood during our stay."
