Founded in 1980 by Jean Claude Larroque, our cannery was specialized in the production of canned duck fat only from our regions cut and cooked on site. The success was dazzling and very quickly, the range was extended by more complex preparations, but still canned.
Building on this success, Jean-Claude Larroque has decided to complete its range, by producing these same products but vacuum-packed, always based on fatty duck from our regions, and opened the 1st direct sales store, with canned goods and fresh .
Very quickly in the face of the success of these products, the range continued to expand, homemade cured meats, Scottish Red Label smoked salmon, pork cuts, ready meals… But always with the same quality and requirement, products from our regions, cooked on place, according to our traditional methods (no preservative, additive or flavor).
