Restaurants: Restaurant Julien Binz in Ammerschwihr

On December 16, 2015, Sandrine Kauffer-Binz and Julien Binz opened their restaurant JULIEN BINZ, in the pretty wine village of Ammerschwihr, located on the Alsace wine route 12 minutes from Colmar. The dining room allows to accommodate 35 people from Wednesday for lunch to Sunday evening for dinner. In the kitchen, Julien Binz Maître Cuisinier de France, won for the second time a star in the Michelin Guide in 2017 (In 2012 - Hunting meeting in Colmar). With his brigade, he will play a contemporary culinary score, based on the classic bases of cuisine and regional products. In the dining room, François Lhermitte will ensure the smooth running of the service, enhancing and signing a wine list, based on excellent value for money.
