Immerse yourself in a Real Immersive Experience (REI) through an extraordinary scenario, supervised by crisis management professionals.
Imagine that you are members of a Strategic Decision Center, and must exfiltrate a diplomatic corps to bring them back to safety. Faced with exceptional and tangible situations, you must negotiate, collaborate and step out of your comfort zone in order to complete the mission. The equipment, the facilitators around you, the material… the whole environment immerses you in real immersion. You then develop your individual and collective abilities through play, combining work on yourself and fun. Everyone becomes an actor and reveals themselves, like never before.
- To guarantee a tailor-made experience adapted to your needs, a personality questionnaire is sent to your employees a few days before the activity.
- On the big day, all participants join their teams, made up of 6 to 10 players. The mission, the roles and the issues are presented to you, then... 3, 2, 1... The countdown is on: you have 1h30 to ensure the safety of your targets!
- Alarms, documents and videos punctuate the activity, while real contacts intervene directly with you in order to facilitate your mission... Or not.
- During the session, our coaches observe your personalities, reactions, decisions and behaviors, then establish a debriefing on your performance at the end of the mission. This personalized feedback allows you to know yourself better to improve your performance in the professional environment.
