Restaurants: Clover Green in Paris

"Clover" means "clover" in English, a lucky charm that punctuates the life of Jean-François Piège and his wife Elodie.

The couple thought together this new, very personal address, in the heart of Saint Germain des Près. This small restaurant, whose graphic identity was created by the faithful M&M artists, was directed by the young and talented decorator Charlotte Biltgen.Clover Green is a local place where the dining room and the kitchen mingle, Chef Jean-François Piège offers dishes of the moment, a real spontaneous daily cuisine.

The wine list drawn up by the Chef and Baptiste Cavagna (elected head sommelier of the year 2018 by the Gault and Millau guide) includes around forty references of wine from authors, a complete vertical of Grange des Pères rouges (1992/2011 ), some exceptional wines as well as Port and Madeira wines, in a nod to the Portuguese origins of Elodie Trap.

4 menus: 37 € to 68 € - Open from Tuesday to Saturday, noon and evening for lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 14:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 12:30 p.m. to 14:30 p.m. on Saturday for dinner from 19:00 p.m. to 22:00 p.m.
