C'YUSHA A family adventure. C for Célibert and Yusha for the contraction of the first names of our daughters Yuna and Sharleen. The tone is set. The notion of sharing is essential and is revealed even on the plate. The quality of our producers is inseparable from our work. A deliberately short and creative menu proposal. Inspired by my meetings and my learning in France and abroad with starred chefs. Fresh products are particularly highlighted. Cultivated locally preferably and organic if possible, they are selected with rigor and in respect of the seasons. The bread is kneaded, shaped and baked daily at the restaurant. It is made from wheat harvested in Lot et Garonne with flour from the Moulin de Dubern. Finally, some treasures from my garden allow me to give my cooking a vegetal note. The unusual flavors are then sublimated: the fragrant persicaria mingles with the vegetable oyster which befriends other congeners ... Here, for the pleasure of all, the cuisine is reinvented every day.
